There are 6 senior engineers and more than 20 technicians in R&D department, responsible for product design, development and trial production. Kinds of new style machine have been produced successfully and accepted by the clients. The department can also design and produce the machine based on the data provided by clients, such as voltage, frequency, machine air-exhaust quality, appearance, etc.

 QUALITY CONTROL
* QC/Technical Support:
The inspectors of Quality Control are with experience of many years in inspecting. And there are six senior engineers, more than twenty technicians in the R&D department.
* QC Staff:

* Materials/Components:
Special steel plates imported from Sweden used for valve block
Alloy aluminum for machine shell and cover
* Procedures/testing Details:
The QC Department has five digital processing machines, five inspecting machines. Particularly, the staff are with experience of many years in inspecting. Each kind of material must be inspected strictly before accepted by warehouse. From components assembly to machine completion, each processing must pass the inspection of QC Department.
